Giordana Home Builders uses a cost–plus or percentage basis which means providing line item costs for every element of the project, letting customers have final approval of every penny spent. So while many others take a set-price, bottom line approach to building homes, Giordana Home Builders is more interested in earning your trust than earning a huge profit.
